Application Effect Of Reinforcement System With Prestressed Carbon Fiber Rebar
HORSE carbon fiber reinforcement system
The HORSE carbon fiber system consists of carbon fiber cloth, carbon fiber mesh cloth, carbon fiber jacketing, carbon fiber plate, carbon fiber rebar reinforcement, and carbon fiber cable. Today, let's take a look at the prestressed carbon fiber rebar reinforcement system.
HORSE prestressed carbon fiber rebar reinforcement anchorage
The HORSE prestressed carbon fiber rebar reinforcement system is composed of carbon fiber rebar reinforcement and supporting tensioning and anchoring devices. Carbon fiber rebar is connected to structural components through a rigid self-locking anchoring system, forming a common stress system. Using a jack to tension the carbon fiber rebar, prestressing the original structure is achieved.
The prestressed carbon fiber rebar reinforcement system includes carbon fiber rebar with various diameters ranging from 8mm to 20mm, suitable for various reinforcement conditions, from wooden structures to concrete structures, and even steel structures.
The prestressed carbon fiber rebar reinforcement system has been applied to multiple practical projects. For example, there are multiple cracks on the T-shaped main beam of a bridge, with the longest crack being 1.4m long and the maximum crack width being 0.16mm.
In response to this issue, the main beam is reinforced with prestressed carbon fiber rebar to improve its bending capacity, and U-shaped steel plates are pasted on the beam ribs near the support points to improve the shear resistance of the main beam. The actual tensioning effect on site is shown in the following figure:
