Reinforcement material description
1, concrete: higher than the original structure of a grade, the project needs to be placed on the beam, plate. The concrete grade of the original beam plate is C35., which is mainly reinforced by C40 concrete. And the test block should be set aside according to the requirements of the standard. According to the construction, the supervision unit needs to be sent to the designated test station for testing pressure.
2.Reinforcement: the use of -HRB400 steel (III steel, fy=360N/mm2) must have a certification of the factory and have a qualified inspection report.
3.Steel: all steel plates are made of Q345B, and the steel must be certified by the factory and have the qualification of yield strength and carbon content.
4.Carbon fiber fabric: 300g/m2, thickness 0.167mm. Strength grade: A. The tensile strength standard value: 3400 MPa. Elongation (%) = 1.7. It is necessary to have the qualification certificate from the factory and have a qualified inspection report.
5.Welding rod: E50 welding rod. The performance of welding rod used in arc welding should be in conformity with the current national standard
6.Steel plate adhesive: tensile strength: 30 MPa. The tensile elastic modulus is not less than 3.5*10 fand MPa. The bending strength is not less than 45 MPa. The compressive strength is not less than 60MPa. It is necessary to have the qualification certificate from the factory and have a qualified inspection report.
7.Carbon fiber adhesive: tensile strength: 40 MPa. The elastic modulus is not less than 2500MPa. The ultimate elongation (%) = 1.5.
