Construction preparation
Draw up the construction plan, prepare the tools and materials.
Basic surface treatment
1) concrete matrix
Remove the surface oil, dust and other loose aggregate, repair the large uneven parts or holes on the surface to make the surface sufficient level. If necessary, it is necessary to use mild sandblasting, grinding, or other construction methods that are good for adhesion (note that the internal force of the concrete base material should be higher than 1.5N/mm2 for external reinforcement).
2) steel matrix
To remove surface dust, oil and grease, rust, rust, rolling surface, high pressure cleaning, grinding or sandblasting advice;
3) wood matrix
Remove surface oil and grease and impurities, sandblasting or grinding to make it rough.
Preparation carbon fiber plate resin
1) strictly according to the 2:1 proportion of the main agent and curing agent stipulated in the resin, weighing it, loading it into the container, stirring evenly with the agitator.
2) a harmonic quantity should not be excessive, so that it will be used within the available time.
Externally bonded CFRP plates
(1) the carbon fiber plate should be cut in size according to the design requirements.
(2) wipe the surface of the carbon fiber plate to no dust. When the two layer is needed, the two sides of the bottom carbon fiber plate should be wiped clean.
(3) wipe the clean carbon fiber plate should immediately brush the structural adhesive. The center of the glue layer should be arched. The average thickness should be no less than 2mm.
(4) should be coated with carbon fiber plate with glue gently pressed on the need to paste the location. The rubber roller is evenly compacted in the direction of the fiber, and the glue is extruded from both sides to ensure the dense and no hole. When a number of carbon fiber plates are pasted in parallel, the gap between the two strips should not be less than 5mm;
(5) sticking to two layers of carbon fiber plate should be continuously pasted. When it cannot be pasted immediately, the bottom carbon fiber board should be cleaned again before starting paste.
Fixed CFRP plates
(1) remove the excess glue from the surrounding area, fix it with steel frame, press properly, and squeeze out the tiny glue liquid around to qualify.
(2) if there are gaps or lack of glue, fill it with glue.
Surface protection
If the reinforcement member needs fire protection, it can be brushing the refractory coating after curing.
