Till now, our carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP) materials have been used on more than 70 thousand finished projects and more than 30 million square meters of HM CFRP wrap have been used in different projects.

HM-20 is 200g weight per square meter. Thickness is 0.111mm. Grade I fabric.
HM-30 is 300g weight per square meter. Thickness is 0.167mm. Grade I fabric.
Other specifications like 450g, 600g is also available. And we can customize the size and thickness as required.
We have the national test report issued by CTC, China Building Material Test & Certification (National Center of Quality Supervision & Test for Building Materials).
The test sample is selected randomly from the production line in 3 random days.
As you can see from the report, main properties of Grade I laminated fiber is as below:
Tensile Strength ≥ 3800 Mpa
Tensile Modulus ≥ 230000 Mpa
Elongation ≥ 1.7%
This is the China standard, which can also meet the requirements of many other counrties.
Our company pays more than 500 thousand USD every year to do the tests for all our products. We have the most complete test reports in the industry in China. And now we are also working to get the test from USA ASTM. We will have the ASTM report in about one year.
We also produce epoxy resin for our CFRP wrap. Please kinldy check attached TDS.
1, Primer HM-180 to penatrate the concrete
2, Leveling epoxy HM-120ML for repair and leveling
3, Impregnated epoxy HM-180C3P for pasting the carbon fiber wrap,
HM-180C3P is the main carbon fiber wrap epoxy.
It is 30kg per sets.( A part:20kg, B part:10kg)
1 sqm of CFRP wrap will need epoxy 0.6kg - 0.9 kg. ( 200gsm,300gsm, 450gsm etc.)
1 sqm of CFRP wrap will need epoxy 1kg - 1.2 kg. ( 600gsm )
It can also work without primer, since it has very good penatrability.
Good quality epoxy is crucial in CFRP wrap construction. In order to make the best use of the CFRP strength, and also to make the construction easier, we suggest to use our own epoxy or other good brand epoxy.
