Bonding carbon fiber fabric reinforcement
The width of CFRP can be determined by the design. Usually 100-200 mm and the spacing is 300-600 mm. The quality, width and spacing of CFRP unit area can be adjusted according to the actual needs. Carbon fiber sheet should pay special attention to the anchorage of carbon fiber sheet at the edge beam after pasting. When there is no external wall at the edge beam, carbon fiber sheet can bend and stick to the outside of the edge beam, and end with steel plate anchorage; when there is an external wall, anchorage angle steel + screw force transfer can be used. The ends of CFRP sheets can be anchored by steel strips and anchor bolts.
Sticking steel plate to reinforce
Steel plate reinforcement is usually made of flat flat steel and glued with adhesive. The specification and spacing of flat steel are determined by design, generally taking (100-200) * (3-4) and spacing 300-600. In order to improve the quality and effectiveness of bonded steel reinforcement, all flat steel bolts are anchored by bolts. The anchorage specifications should not be greater than M10, generally M8, spacing should not be less than 250mm, generally take 300mm.
